Wallace Real Estate has entered a new partnership with Choice Home Warranty (CHW), giving the brokerage’s agents a dedicated point of contact for home warranty questions for the first time. Maryann Azambuja, a local risk management specialist, has taken on the newly created account representative role connecting Wallace Real Estate agents and their clients with CHW.
Azambuja’s appointment reflects a focus on education as much as coverage. Her background in risk management positions her to help agents understand what CHW plans include and how to explain that coverage to clients who may not be familiar with home warranty products before they encounter one during a transaction.
