Implus Corporation Welcomes Michael Polk as Interim CEO

Implus Corporation has announced Michael Polk as
its Interim Chief Executive Officer. Polk steps into this role with a strong
background in consumer products from his time at Newell Brands, Unilever, and Kraft. 

Succeeding Seth Richards and Todd Vore, Michael Polk aims to build on the success achieved under their leadership.
“Implus has a stellar portfolio of leading brands,” said Polk.
“I am eager to collaborate with the team to accelerate our growth and
further strengthen our market presence.” 

Polk’s notable positions include President and CEO of Newell Brands and executive roles at
Unilever and The Procter & Gamble Company. He is also on the Boards of Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. 

Implus, based in Durham, North Carolina, operates over 20 brands like Sof Sole®, Balega®, and
Yaktrax®. The company distributes products to over 80,000 retail outlets across 70 countries.
