Greycoat Real Estate discovered that 25.3 million people are not located in an area where they can access a legal aid provider when they need advice on their housing options. The UK government created the Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service to increase people’s ability to find housing advice, but the agency is not having the impact that the government hoped it would.
